Gyumri-origin musician has not only returned to his sources but also gave the final third concert of Luys i luso pilgrimage tour in Gyumri. The pianist was very excited to have this concert in his homeland. Audience left the concert hall excited and deeply impressed. In the framework of Luys i Luso project Tigran Hamasyan with State Chamber Choir performed breathtaking chants of Grigor Narekatsi, Nerses Shnorhali, Mesrop Mashtots, Mkhitar Ayrivanetsi, Grigor Pahlavuni, Komitas, Makar Yekmalyan arranged for piano and voices by the pianist himself.
After Gyumri’s concert Luys i Luso pilgrimage tour will go to Georgia, Turkey, Europe and US.
